The room is bright and neat, comes with extra beds and a fully-equipped kitchen. the location is perfect and exceptionally nice in a tranquil area. the services are very good, including a clean pool.

Had a very pleasant stay here, the room was spacious with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. This place is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would loved to stay here for a few more nights. We have even recommended this place to our friends who will be visiting Santorini.

The only negative thing was the toilet leaks every time you flushed so therefore the bathroom floor was always wet.

Had lovely stay for 3 nights. The personnel was excellent and best, and the owner too. The room was brand-new & neat, came with extra bed, fully-equipped kitchen, for instance. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a stovetop were nice. The pool area was clean and the location was the best and quiet, near restaurants, markets, the beach, and bus stops, and Santorini and Zacharakis studios.

The rooms with an extra bed had a quiet atmosphere. the presence of a work desk, multi-channel TV, and dining area was great. the location was the best and quiet, with attractions like Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden at a moderate distance. It was a peaceful area and a comfortable base for me.

The Zacharaki family made me feel like this was a home away from home - they are warm, friendly people who go the extra mile to make sure their guests are happy. I was on my own, and they looked after me like a member of the family. Kamari is a great little village, and the location of the studios was excellent, situated on a quiet road. The studio was big enough for me, and meant I could cook my own meals. The pool is lovely, and quiet, and great if you want to get away from the hustle of the beach. All in all, I'd give it 5 stars!

The staff was great. The room was simple but clean and confortable, with everything you need to spend some days by the beach. Very recommended.

The venue is centrally located, close to shops and restaurants. Kamari is a peaceful area, perfect for families and couples. - the rooms at Zacharakis Studios are spacious and comfortably fit four beds. - the staff at the studios were extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Zacharakis studios. The owner (Jimmy) was extremely friendly and helpful - he recommended an excellent restaurant for us and was always available to give advice. The room was simple but comfortable, and had two terraces as well as a fridge and two hot plates. The room (and bathroom) was cleaned thoroughly every day and was spotless. The sheets and towels were also changed three times in the week we were there. The location is good, really close to the beach and it is at the far end of Kamari beach which is slightly more sheltered and doesn't suffer as much from the low-flying planes.

The double bed was formed of two single beds together - the problem being that this leaves a gap of about 10cm of pine frame in the middle which is pretty uncomfortable. From speaking to other people in Kamari at other hotels, we think this may be standard practice - it would be worthwhile checking this out when booking any hotel! The fridge was not particularly cold - but again, our experience of Santorini is that maybe the fridges don't work so well there! Finally, the pressure in the shower was excellent, however, the curtain does not block in the shower, so it was practically impossible not to flood the bathroom when having a shower.

I liked most of all the hospitality and individiual approach to every guest. It is a very cosy family hotel where you feel like home. Besides it is very close to the Kamari beach, one of the best of Santorini.

Comfortable Room Essentials 🛠️ My room had everything I needed, like an iron, coffee and tea supplies, and a TV. the bathroom was super clean, which I loved. the location was perfect for me, close to everything around here.

It was very noisy. We heard everybody around, our neighbourd through the wall and when a car passed we heard it loud and clear.
